There are two courts (lighted).

You must have a resident key fob to enter the courts.

Please observe all rules.

There is no formal process for tennis court reservations; tennis courts are available on a first come, first served basis. There is a two-hour time limit on tennis court use if others are waiting.

  • Each homeowner is provided with one gate access fob(s) which will be activated at the beginning of the swim season.

  • Replacement fobs due to loss or damage are $50.

  • Pool rule violations will result in the fob being deactivated

  • Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their assessments will have their fob deactivated.

  • There is no charge the first time a pool fob is reactivated.

  • If you have questions regarding your fob please contact Homeowner Management Services.

  • In the event of a resale, the fob must be transferred to the new owner.
