Board Meetings

Board meetings are typcially held at the Clubhouse, though this is subject to change.

The Board of Directors is required to meet regularly to discuss and make decisions with regard to HOA business. According to our Bylaws, the Board of Directors shall meet quarterly.

As stated in our Bylaws, Section 3.15 Open Meetings, “All Board meetings shall be open to all Members, but Members other than directors may not participate in any discussion or deliberation unless expressly authorized by the Board. Notwithstanding the above, the Board may adjourn a meeting and reconvene in executive session to discuss and vote upon personnel matters, litigation in which the Association is or may become involved, and orders of business of a similar nature.

Homeowners are welcome to attend any of the Open Board Meetings to observe the Board conducting the meeting. If you wish to make a statement or share information that you feel requires the attention of the full Board, then the Board asks that you submit your request at least 7 business days in advance of the Board Meeting to be added to the agenda. Please provide a brief description of what you would like to communicate and why you feel it requires the attention of the full Board. The Board will consider each request. If approved, then the Board will add the topic and/or homeowner to the agenda of the following meeting.

Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to some good constructive dialogue for the betterment of your community.
