There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Pool Gate Access
Each homeowner is provided with one gate access FOB(s) which will be activated at the beginning of the swim season.
Replacement fobs due to loss or damage are $50.
Pool rule violations will result in the fob being deactivated
Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their assessments will have their fob deactivated.
There is no charge the first time a pool fob is reactivated.
If you have questions regarding your fob please contact Homeowner Management Services.
In the event of a resale, the fob must be transferred to the new owner.
