Our Neighborhood
Creekside Scarborough is a beautiful neighborhood in the City of South Fulton, with its first home built in 2003. It is now a vibrant community of original owners and new families that have chosen to call this community home. The community consists of single-family homes ranging from 2,000 to 3100 sq ft. Our community is managed by a five-member Board of Directors committed to ensuring the value of each property, manicured grounds, and a peaceful quality of life.
Our Mission
Creekside at Scarborough Homeowners Association, Inc. is committed to maintaining our community with the highest standards ensuring a well-maintained, beautiful environment that promotes a sense of community. The Board of Directors, in conjunction with our management company, Homeowner Management Services, focuses on the preservation and enhancement of our property values, responsible use of our association funds in a manner that benefits all owners, compliance with the responsibilities set forth by the Georgia Non-Profit Corporate Code, and amicable enforcement of the governing documents and the rules and regulations.

Please join us on the following dates in 2023: January 28, April 29, July 29, and October 28. We clean up the street in front of our community on these dates. For more information, email the Board of Directors at boardofcreekside@gmail.com. The Board would like to encourage our owners to volunteer and participate.
Our Community
Live, Work and Play in The Beautiful City of South Fulton, just about 30 minutes southwest of Atlanta within close proximity to the Atlanta Airport.

The amenities of our community consist of:
A clubhouse
Two tennis courts
A swimming pool with a children’s water feature. (May to September)

Our community is managed by a five-member Board of Directors committed to ensuring the value of each property, manicured grounds, and a peaceful quality of life. We are a community of single-family homes. As such, any actions or inactions have a direct impact on our neighbors. Our primary responsibility, both collectively and individually, is to protect, preserve, and improve the value of our greatest investment: our home. A major factor is the general appearance of our community and the upkeep of our personal properties. Please respect the privacy and integrity of all our neighbors.
